By using groundwork-marketing.com, submitting the chat widget, or running the AI Opportunity Audit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms are between you and Groundwork Marketing ("we", "us"), a marketing business serving trade and contractor businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
This site describes our marketing services and offers two free tools: a chat widget for asking questions, and an AI Opportunity Audit that estimates where revenue may be leaking out of your business. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a partnership, or a binding commitment to provide services. We take on a limited number of businesses per area, and we may decline any inquiry.
Read this part carefully, because it is the one most likely to matter to you.
The AI Opportunity Audit produces estimates. It calculates ranges from the numbers you type in and from industry averages we have built into it. It is not an appraisal, an accounting opinion, a financial projection, or a guarantee of anything. The output depends entirely on the accuracy of what you enter, and reasonable people can disagree about the assumptions behind it.
Use the audit as a starting point for a conversation, not as the basis for a financial decision on its own. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the numbers it produces.
Submitting the chat widget with the consent box checked means you agree to receive text and phone contact from us at the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
Do not submit the chat widget with someone else's phone number. Give us a number you actually control.

The design, copy, layout, and tools on this site belong to us. You may read, share, and link to the public pages freely, including quoting them with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions as your own.
Work we build for paying clients is different, and this is worth saying plainly: clients own the deliverables we build for them. Websites, content, rankings, customer lists, and accounts are yours, not rented back to you. The specifics are set out in your signed agreement, which controls if it ever conflicts with this page.
Nothing on this site sets the price or scope of paid work. Our engagements run on a signed agreement covering term, fees, revenue share, scope, and termination. Descriptions on this site, including anything about a twelve-month term or how our pay is structured, are general explanations of how we usually work, not contractual terms. Where this site and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.
We work hard and we tie a large part of our pay to results, but marketing outcomes depend on factors nobody controls: your market, your competitors, your pricing, your crew, search engine behavior, and the economy. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, revenue, or return. Any figures on this site, in the audit, or in a proposal are estimates and examples, not promises.
This site uses third-party services, including HighLevel for messaging, Cloudflare for hosting, and Google Analytics, and links to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.
The site and the free tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the audit's estimates will be accurate.
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business, arising from your use of this site or the free tools. For any claim relating to this site or the free tools, our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars. This does not limit liability for anything that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect the terms of a signed client agreement.
If your misuse of this site, or information you submit that you had no right to submit, causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this site or the free tools will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and both sides consent to that venue.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
